WTB Very Good Curses One Handed

I want to buy a good req Curses one handed item. It needs at least to be better then the Villnar's Claw. I am looking for one with:

Halves recharge time of curses spells (chance: over 15%)
Halves casting time of curses spells (chance: over 18%)
+Energy (if over 50% Health)

Curses req does not matter. It can even be Req 16 :P
I also exept req Soul Reaping (under 12)!

It must at least include 2 of the 3 bonuses obove!
Please post a picture or write down all the stats here.
Also add an asking price if you like.

ahh just to let u know that a wand will not be able to get curse +1 mod or +health mod.

and i also beleive there's no req curse wand existing in this game.

You were right about the +1 Curses my mistake. But there is a One Handed Weapon with plus Health (a Collecter Cane) and about the Req Curse One Handed Weapon. You might have misunderstood. I am looking for a Truncheon req Curses and that is very well possible (a Collecter Truncheon)!

perfect combo for your bloodwaken necro:d for only Only ONLY 20K

sorry I'm looking for something else... and btw.. 20k is way to much for it, since +13 Energy isnt even max. bump!

Just to let you know, there is no soul reaping or curses req weapons except for collectors and greens...
and also one weapon can only have 2 mods on it

There are curses staffs 100% sure. But why shouldnt there be curses req truncheons? There are blood and death magic ones... I were like there is only sword and axe for warrior... And I know you cant have 3 bonuses at once... But I never said I need all of them. Please read my post again and you will see I said 2 of the 3 Bonuses! bump!

There are domination staves, illusion staves and why arent there inspiration staves? Same question about accursed truncheon. Anet just didnt make them "yet"

There are NO curse onhands other than collectors/greens. It's been stated in several threads already.

Curse Truncheons actually look like Cesta's for some strange reason. But yes, Curse necro's are deprived of good one-handed weapons. But in actuality, you dont need one. You are forced to go with a staff, which is fine. There is a collector in the desert that has a 20/20 staff. I threw a +5 energy mod and a + armor mod and it works great for me in pvp and pve. So it has the full +15 energy, a helpful armor mod and 20/20. And as a bonus it can be dyed, and you can actually see the dye when you play, unlike many other staves. I would just go with that.

^ I forgot to point something out. If you are a 55 Necro, then obviously that staff I mentioned is not an option. In that case, you really just need to be happy with the collector truncheon in the desert to villnars claw. Although your best option would be the HoD sword. Thats gonna coat you around 100k + 60 ectos though. But even if you do have that sword, its nice to have a wand as well when you need to keep your distance.
