Help with level up screen

I've got a problem with levelling up on the hero screen. When I first started playing the attribute panel in the levelling up hero screen displayed all the attributes at once. Now the panel only shows one attribute and requires clicking on arrows to cycle through them. The trouble is each arrow click cycles through 2 attributes at a time so I can't select the attribute in between to allocate points. Does anyone know how I can back to the attribute panel showing all the attributes at once?

Hold your mouse over the bottom right corner of the panel then click and hold the left mouse button whilst dragging the panel to the required size.
