I'm Stuck in Etnaran Keys.

I was at Ice Caves of Sorrow, where a guild member was helping me with the mission. He then decided to teleport the team to the guild hall then from there to the Etnaran Keys..in Cantha.

Since I've never been to Lion's Arch with this charatcer , theres no way for me to leave the area..or even get into my guild hall.

Basicly i'm a level 4 in a level 20 area for PvP with no way of getting out. My main concern is that my character might get deleted when the event ends.

I have more then 500k worth of perfect items on her.

Any idea how I would be able to get out?

Anyway, I doubt your character would really be deleted, but in a worse case scenario, you should at least be able to save the items that has not been customized. Leveling another character to 20 is faster than trying to salvage your valuables. If most of your valuables are 15k (or, hope not, FoW armor :[ ) and gold weapons, then I would contact Anet support immediately about this.

click map and try and zone out? Can you tell us why your stuck in the first place? This character that you have isn't part of the beta event so you can't zone into the new areas?

I have a perfect pve Stance shield and perfect stance with +8 vs skeletons on this character. Along with 50k.

Log out and back in, maybe? It's funny that you got stuck. I hope you don't get stuck there permanantly.

If you do, hopefully you will still be there at the end of next month.

Ask a very nice character to zone you back to a town you've been to....

ok i have a plan.. transfer the items to your guild leader (hope that he created a new beta character) and than you meet your leader at guild hall and get those items back.

Hopefully, you don't have any weapons customized to this character since you can't use it on the new one.

Trust me, A-Net going to give you the good old fashion "We can't help you. kthxbye" email.

I am the guild leader and factions characters cant trade with me for some whacked out reason.

Guess you need someone to go there in non-faction character to get those items for you.

That still wont get my character out. Or will help me reclaim my customized weapons.

Ask a guildmate to map travel you BACK to your guild hall, and then have someone at your guild hall take you back to a town where you've been in Tyria.

Basically, do the exact opposite of what got you there.

We tried it throws out the message, one of your party members have not yet been to Lion's Arch you will leave your party if you continue.
I keep getting teleported back to Etnaran Keys or my Guild Hall.


You can't use the travel command if you havn't been to LA. ( Ya know click the little ship)

If you can wait, i'll get there with one of my character and see if i can zone you back. I'll be online tonight around 7:15 pm (PST).

What happens if you press the "Leave guild hall" button while you are in the gh? (It is available when you press G).

As stated above and ingame more then 4000 times. I end up back at Etnaran Keys.


I'm not the only person stuck it seems. Ive met more then 3 people also stuck on low level characters.

Well I got out. I deleted my character.

Time to get run to Drok's get armour then level farm gold and buy new shields and weapons. Gonna take ages :/
