i think most of us have been in situations where it seemed like opportunity had presented itself and good fortune was smiling on us. some may act on it, some may not. those that do may find out that what they thought was a noob selling a valuable item without realising its true value, was really just someone preying on other more naive and guillible players (who's the noob now?

not to sound like a complete noob here, why dont people run with this wand? the -20% received damage seems (to me) a better bonus than an axe or sword could give you.
