Rare or collecter item?

i recently bought a cool fire wand from someone who claimed they got it farming but im not sure if its collecter item or not, can any one verify it and price it for me ,

... omg the uber +5 always wand ... man i always anti spam these ppl ... kind of like the runic shield sellers ... its worth like 12 gold or something ...

i think most of us have been in situations where it seemed like opportunity had presented itself and good fortune was smiling on us. some may act on it, some may not. those that do may find out that what they thought was a noob selling a valuable item without realising its true value, was really just someone preying on other more naive and guillible players (who's the noob now? ). we all (hopefully) learn, whether it be through personal experience or that of others. so thanks for sharing.

not to sound like a complete noob here, why dont people run with this wand? the -20% received damage seems (to me) a better bonus than an axe or sword could give you.

I suppose you would look pretty stupid looking with a fire wand.. but.. meh i'll just test it out.
