Are White Scythes worth anything?

I found a white scythe and I don't know if its worth anything. Can someone please tell me if its valueable and its price.

White Scythe:
6-18 (5 axe mastery)
Damage +10% while hexed

no ... not like that ... the only ones worth anything are max dmg with good % mods ...
