Well, I just got my playful wolf to level to 15, and it didn't receive its final evolution, althought ive been training it as normal.
Will it still evolve or is it going to stay as is forever?

It will show the evolution eventually. Just keep training. If by 17 it doesnt evolve. then it might be a elder?

Wouldnt it turn into an elder then? Or can it be a level 20 playful?
