weird crude shield

i got this the other day from a monster outside of rankor. here it is

crude shield
armor 8(req 1 tactics)
armor +5( vs piercing attacks)

i thought it was pretty weird myself may not be worth anything any info would be great

That is weird. While I really don't know much about pricing stuff I don't think that is worth anything since it isn't a high level shield with good mods. The requirement of 1 is something that I don't recall seeing before.

ive never seen a req1 item either...its rare

i dont think anyone can PC it accurately... if i were you, as Malice said, i'd try to sell to a collector. there are a number of em here on Guru, that just like to collecto wierd, rare oddities like this. ;-) i'd just put it up for auction on the Sell forum and see what i could get out of it. maybe nothing, maybe something, who knows.

so a req 1 is rare, I found 5 or 6-12 dmg sickle req 1 a while ago
