Hello all,

With all the new skins in factions there's probably gonna be a lot of shifting in prices going on in the near future. A nice thing for all PC'ers to start off is collecting all the skins to distinguish the diamonds from the glass. I've made screenshots of all the new skins i so far found. Havent had much time to play yet, so plenty more will show up in the next two days. Feel free to add anything.

Wow, Gothic Axes FTW. Those are gonna be very popular I think. I was kinda dissapointed with the bows though, since both Amber and Jade bows are basically colored versions of a Dead Bow, not really something new.

Also, something else I noticed was the collectors. All the collectors items I've seen have some very desirable mods, previously available only on Golds, like 20/20 wands. Also, the skins look great. There's a posibilty a lot of things are gonna drop a lot in value due to near everything having a collectors equivalent, both in stats and skins, with few exceptions maybe. But who knows, since it's just a preview, everything could be very different on actual release.

Nice axe and blade, bacon. Pity inventories will be cleared after the weekend. Picked up some daggers and shields yesterday and should have thought about taking some pics before selling them to the merchant but had to get a key... All I got was a purple Brute from the chest...lol

didnt bother staves/wands yet cuz so far all i've seen was the old skins and the new skins that dropped in tyria as well...

The Jade and Amber bows look really similar to dead bows except for the colour.

Hopefully they come up with more original looking bows, like they have already with some of the swords and axes which look pretty nice.

Jug and Fan offhands are pretty funny.

Ah, yes but Anet did not come up with that bow design it was the winner of a weapon design contest from the Guild Wars community. (correct me if i am wrong it's off the top of my head)

Have seen both the Jade and Amber staff skins. Not really nice so I wasn't really bothered with hanging on to them. Just a lump of rock on the end of a stick imo...

meh... factions is gonna be a dumper.. + market will crash lots of poeple will be wanting to get the new skins, but
ther normal drops not rare at all maybe first few dayz just like shadowblades

unless anet comes up with a new set of HoH drops only weapons with gd skin

dwarven + serpent + crystalline will always be the elite weapons.

yes, those were winners in the comp anet had, but it doesn't matter who designed it, the point is those weapons are gonna be part of factions. so, dragon on a stick!

ever think about playing the game before making money?
i dont think there will be any market problems some of the new items and stuff arent that great

lol yea i know. i actually traded it for my gold daggers (didn't take screen of that though) and in the trade window, the axe had an "under construction" icon, so wasn't sure what it would look like but it turned out to be pretty awesome!

hmm...but somehow i'd think anet had increased the drop rate for this factions preview...that would be a wiser choice anyways cause that would mean more people anticipating for the cool new weapons...

so dont expect the drop rrate to be that high, or some these weapons to be common........maybe in factions, max dmg for that ugly looking sickle is no where to be seen
