The Possibilities of Running

As you can see, there are tons of new armors....I would really like to see your experience with the new armors and running...

The Sentenial armor is +100 armor....only puts you down w/o certain strenghts...with running, your stats are all Tactics and Strength anyways...i wonder if this would take away more than the 7 Energy you get from the Gladiators?

As you may know, i am mostly referring to Drok running...please feel free to submit any kind of running to this thread.

I'm curious about a R/A runner.

All those speed boosts + shadow stepping.

Running in the Luxon areas is no problem as there is plenty of room to maneuver. It's not dirt easy, but its doable. The Kurzick areas on the other hand are full of popups, brambles, and so crowded that shove wiull end any running stance you are in as you run by one of the (guardians?).

To cut Gaile some slack (when she said they like the idea of runners), I imagine someone told her that so she just told us the same thing. She was probably just as duped by that as some of us.. They obviously are worried about runners and game-breaking solo builds.

Perhaps balanced stance on some of this will work better (not sure if shove, or the other guardian skills will counter it or not). The brambles is definitely close to a show-stopper if u can't remove the effects quickly.

"None shall pass!" combined with Brambles and Laceration will make Balanced Stance a necessity around the Guardians I think.

There's also the Luxon Warrior Ambusher shout "coward" that cripples you i think and doesn't allow you to move >.>

yeh i remember something like that, i was trying to run as my health was low and my henchie team got owned - remember suddenly been crippled... wierd - rotated cam around and i saw a shout or something, sounds familiar. great shout for pvp. Coward! lol :-P

Coward just knocks fleeing foes down - doesn't cripple.
