I got mhenlo to it, and when I treid to enter, halfway through loading the ceremony thing it warped me back to vasburg armory. Is that place the extant of the preview event?

I'm assuming you're on the Kurzick side of things. When a few guild members and I got to the end of the Whirlpool quest and tried to enter the outpost there we got teleported back to the place we started.

I think it must be the end of the event.

Only certain content is available during the event. So that must be one of the areas you don't have access to during the event.

I have into the waters completed, but I can't find the last guy to get the reward. Redemptor Iszar. The cinematic was just showing Shiro's (I assume) face and it cut and warped me back to House zu Helter. Started on Luxon now...but still looking for Iszar.
