Black Moa - Possible Pet?

So i did the black moa quest, took forever, especially clearing out dredges (hardest patrol setup i have ever encountered with all the gardeners and huge patrol ranges)
When I approach the black moa, it had a green name and was level 20
Could this mean that it is charmable? I wasn't a ranger or secondary ranger at the time, but i thought that was pretty cool - a specific quest giving you a level 20 pet (btw, the black moa looks wicked - it has spiked anklets and a spiked collar and its jet black).

I capped one easy. It didn't even aggro or fight back like pets normally do when you try to cap em. :-D He's niiice. I wish he could use that shout that the zu Heltzer guy described though <.<
