Anyone noticed that some people are already so devoted to their selection of either Kurzick or Luxon that they would join Kurzick team and sabotage their mission, praising Luxon on chat and just dancing, not contributing to the effort? Or Kurzick people speaking of "Luxon scum"? Should we all be very worried?

The Luxons hates the Kurzicks and vice versa. I think calling them "scum" is really light hearted role playing and everyone is just trying to feel patriotic regardless of which faction they belong to. Griefing on the other hand is bad. Even though I'm Luxon, I don't go to the Kurzick side and leave once I get in a game. Although, I do sometimes go to their towns to spread some propaganda.

I agree that light hearted propaganda is just amusing, but affecting the whole gameplay and meta-game with "spys" and "infiltrators" can get serious. Remember that the borders shift depending on who is succesful on the field.

I think once the retail comes out, all characters made on one account will be dedicated to that Faction.Then the only way to actually "Infiltrate" the Luxons/Kurzicks is then to actually buy an additional account.

Which is a pretty retarded thing to do.

I wish it would be just espionage. But it's intentional ragequitting or doing nothing at all, affecting the outcome of the battle.

Bigot, like most other terms, lose the import of the word itself when it;s used too loosely. Which is what is happening with the OP.

Are people who call each other "fags" or generally use "gay" as a derogatory term Bigots ? You betcha.

Are people who are just mouthing off in bad roleplay in the heady feeling of new content coming their way Bigots ? You betcha not.

Think of any war. Now, in that war, did the enemies view each other as inferior? Was there propaganda? Were the nations made to hate each other? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, why can't it be like this in a game?

Actualy if you play the last mision of the luxons completly(the one for what you need 10000 luxon faction) you will see that the kurzicks and luxons will be friends.

Kurzicks and Luxons are *supposed* to hate each other. Are you familiar with the term "role-playing"? Not much of it happens in GW, so I'm grateful for what little I do see, even if it takes the form of "LUXONN R GAAAAAY!!!!!!!".

Well, maybe not. But I don't see how this could possibly be a problem. Bigotry over real-life race, religion, sexual orientation is bigotry, not imaginary differences.

Talking about making a crap build and sabotaging Luxons is a bit OOC to me.

There shud be something where u have to pay to change armies.

I personly like Luxon's, so if i wanted to fight with the Kurzicks i wud have to pay 1k or something, this shud only aply to these fights and nothing else about the game.
