not so much the skin as it is the inherent dmg mod (not the upgrades) that makes this item not very valuable.

so it has finally come to that time when even 13^50 is considered worthless...?

if 13^50 is useful to you, by all means buy it. good time to buy too since they're so damn cheap
i won't even touch 14^50 but maybe that's just cause i'm a stuck up prick.
