WTB specific monk rod/offhand

I'm really more interested in an offhand with these stats than a rod... but i would like something that has 15-20% recharge on healing and divine skills. this is a specific request, i'm not interested in anything else. has to be max energy obviously, and req can be up to 12. thanks and God bless

well, not that i'm obsessed with the game or this item, but it'd be perfect for my uber monk 4 manning SF. with all the GW "freaks" on this site, i'd think someone would have something like this... or are divine and healing recharges together extremely rare or not possible on offhands? ... anyhoo, another bump. ;-)

I've got a gold smite rod with 18% cast for divine, 16% recharge for healing 11-21 dmg, req 10 smite. how much would you pay me for it?

bump... also failed to specify the req in original post, can be up to 12 in healing, divine or protection. (so Healing Ankh, Divine Symbol or Protective Icon) simply need recharge on both healing and divine skills above 15%.
