Why difference Alliance arenas?

Obviously, different Alliance arenas come by shifting territories--

However, I've yet to notice any territory change yet. Is it incredibly subtle?

And how do I know which way it's shifted?

I don't even know -when- the shift is.

Uncover all of the line. You'll KNOW when it's shifted. It's not a subtle thing.

I'm also wondering if we may ever see ALL the maps. I've only seen two so far because it keeps shifting back and forth on the Luxon side.

The line updates every 3 hours or so. That isn't subtle. ITs downright slow. There is also a problem with the missions not having any challengers.
