yup. req and mod are of different attributes and cant be used together (like div favor & healing)

Actually all healers use divine favour and most curse-users use blood magic for awakening the blood and stuff.
I wouldnt know price but definately not merchant, If it was req.8 or so it wouldve been worth alot im sure.

for one, necros use two different kinds, second req doesnt matter on casters, thirdly this can get at least 25k

I agree with voutlaw, seriously who would use a wand for dmg, the only thing the req applys to is the dmg
