Possible to get Flurry in FPE?

Yeah, I'm totally missing my beloved flurry, and the skill trainers in House doesn't sell it.

Is there another skill trainer that does or is there a boss that I can cap it from?

It's a Prophecies Campaign skill, so I'm guessing that's why.
