15^50 storm bow req 11

I know storm bows with 15^50 are all the rage these days, but this ones req is a bit high, which is why I couldnt use any of the more recent price checks or auction as a baseline.

I would also like to know how much it would be worth if i had the max mods on it (10/10 sunder and hp +30).
