A Guild Hall Service is the name given to a wide class of people whom a Guild Leader can employ (for money) to provide their services in the Guild Hall. This feature is only available in Guild Wars Factions. The confirmed services are:

Xunlai Agent
Dye Trader
Material Trader
Rare Material Trader
Rune Trader
Scroll Trader
Skill Trainer
Priest of Balthazar
Merchant
Weaponsmith

So these storage units are just like storage units in town? And they are turning guild halls into towns now?

I think that means your Guild Leader can PAY to have these services put into the Guild Hall for the convenience of the Guild??? not that Halls are going to be towns.... thats my opinion, at least.

I think Gaile confirmed sometime ago that the Guild Halls that your leader purchases can be upgraded (with gold) to contain these NPCs in your guild's hall. that would be really convenient...

i mean, think about having the Droknar's Forge Weaponsmith in your guild hall. that'd be nice, you could craft 15>50 swords, axes and hammers without that much hassle.

it'd also give you something to do in your hall. not to mention, it might lessen the amount of spammers and crap like that in the major cities.....

i highly doubt that they will put a high lvl weapon smith, maybe tweak the npc to fit the status of the player. otherwise youll just end up getting a lot of low lvl players joining a guild just to get quick and easy access to those weapons, giving them a big advantage over the game environment - mission points etc - could be wrong.

Hmm... how is that going to work? So only Guild Leaders who have Factions will be able to purchase these? Or will they be available to Factions-based Halls only?

So many questions...

Advantage to higher missions and what not if high level weapon smiths in guild hall? DUDE, even without this in hall we can switch items through storage alone, doubt one in guild hall will change that.

And the way to avoid a low-level guild rush is to actually make the requirements to use a weapon mean something. That sword's a req 9 and you only have 7? Sorry, you can't use it. When the low-level rushers have to start using Superior runes with the 75hp penalty just to use a req 9 weapon at 10th level, maybe they'll start playing the game instead of watching it.

So I say fine, put a high-level weapon crafter in the Guild hall, but at least make the weapon reqs mean something, too.

/signed. And when you actually reach that req, it would be nice if damage reflected the fact instead of having to bump ot up to 12 to get decent hits against upper level mobs.

I'm pretty sure that if a person does not meet the requirement - then the swords etc..does dmg of a starter sword. so technically the requirement does mean something and the way it works is pretty fine.
