Weapon Spell. For 12 seconds, target ally has a Nightmare Weapon. Target ally's next successful attack steals up to 5-42 Health.

If the nightmare weapon damage counts as physical damage, sure. However, I bet it's kinda like illusionary weaponry, and doesn't actually do physical damage. I wouldn't know though.

Well, It doesnt writed you deal no damage like IW. I think we can deal physical. I will get my skill point, buy it, test it and say if we do physical or not.
