Hey all, I just finished the mission "Ruins of Surmia" and I was wondering how many more missions will I have to do to get in venturing distance to Lions Arch.
From Ascalon, I managed to venture to yaks bend (abotu 1/4 of the way) Would it be faster to just try to run there?

(PS: If anybody could help me get there, it would be great.)

From Yaks, it's easier to mission there.

We just did the run from Yaks to Lions Arch last night. It took a bit but not as long as the missions I don't think. The last two zones are the hard ones. There's these level 11 guys that hit as hard as hell and light you on fire. two or three aren't too bad but more than that and it gets rough.

There were only the two of us, my warrior friend and I so a full party probably won't have a problem if they average 13 like us.

You'll have to do the following missions from Ruins of Surmia:

* Ruins of Surmia
* Nolani Academy
* Borli's Pass
* The Frost Gate
* Gates of Kryta

After Kryta you're there

A single correction plus a bit more info. Lately I've been running guild mates through this gauntlet a lot, so it's easy to remember this.

* Ruins of Surmia mission to ->
* Nolani Academy mission to ->
* Yak's Bend quest to ->
* Borlis Pass mission to ->
* The Frost Gate mission to ->
* Beacon's Perch quest to ->
* Gates of Kryta mission to ->
* Lion's Arch

Since you're already at the Nolani Academy for finishing the Surmia mission, you're looking at four missions and two quests.
