This may seem like a stupid question, but do all characters at level 20 have base life and energy of 480 and 20 respectively?

Some classes like Elems got attributes to raise energy tho...I don't exactly know about the Lifepoints but since tactics more important than anything else in this game AND its a better balance I wouldn't complain..

life and energy are balanced

warriors have max health and less energy

elementalists have most energy but pay for it with less health

Everyone has base health and energy of 480 and 20 respectively. Only things that increase this are armor, weapons, offhand items, and the Energy Storage skill of primary elementalists. So a warrior does not have max health and an elementalist does not pay for its energy by having less health.

So the answer, Pantaloon, is yes.
