Lion's Arch skills

How do you get to Lion's Arch? What level do you have to be? I'm a level 10 W/E, and although I do well in PvE and in the arena, I feel like I could be better if I had a useful Elementalist skill in my lineup. Right now all I have is Lava Font, and with Fire Magic at 2, it's almost more effective to keep swinging than to take the time to cast it. I'm really looking at Conjure Flame and Immolate, but both of them are Lion's Arch skills. How much longer do I have to wait for them?

Yeah, me personaly R/E14, just made it there last night, but someone in my party just made level 10 right before we got there, so you can be anything, just a matter of getting there.

There are some decent elem skills, but there are decent elem skills in all the other towns as well.

ya but meteor swarm is the best eleme spell in the game imo and to get that you need to do the merchant plea quest from lion arch to Ascalon Settlement and buy it from Capt Greywind

I think you can get Immolate from the skills trainer at Grendich Courthouse. At least that is where I got it pri E though. You will need to pump up the fire attribute though, Even with an attribute of 9 I only do 32 dmg and 2 seconds of on fire.

Why use immolate for 32 damage at a cost of 10 when fireball does more damage at a cost of 5?

fireball recharges slowly, and doesn't inflict burn.
