It states...Comes with the "Divine Aura," an exclusive in-game item that provides a blessed aura around characters.

My guess will be that it does something to enhance the natural skills of your profession; Warriors will be stronger, Rangers will move quicker, Monks will heal better, etc.
The increase would only be very slight though, enough to make a difference in Pre-Searing Ascalon, but not so much as to be able to differentiate between a level 8-20 Warrior with Divine Aura and a level 8-20 without it. Within a few days, Divine Aura will pretty much be useless; you'll just have a nice pretty glow around you.

I do see one other advantage to it . It will tell who has Teamspeak (at least for the 3 months of Free that comes with the collectors edition).
