Is it normal that I was able to manage my attributes any way i wanted, and now, there all black, and I cant change them no more?

you probably used up your refund points

you will get more at the rate of 1 refund point / 250 exp points

you get 24 to start and 24 is the maximum you can have

right below your attribute points to be distributed it says refund points
