Yes, i know every professions can use all types of weapons...
but i still dont understand about attribute restricted weapons.
my character is a monk, but i was able to use a sword that has sword mastery requirement of +10.
what is real point of weapon having attribute requirement, if other professions can use it?

Um.. maybe that is a bug you need to report?
But that is probably for a warrior so they can get the extra thing on it? I don't know..... but it may be a bug.

That extra line on the ends of weapons, shields, foci, wands, and staff, if not the requirement to wield the item, but the requirement to get the full use out of it. If an item has a requirement and you do not meet the requirement, you can still use it, it just act as though it was the base type of that item. That means for Weapons the damage would drop back down to about 3-5 range, and for Foci you would only get the basic energy gain for that type.
Also if an item have extra modifiers, aside from boost to the base stats, you will still benefit from those extra modifiers even if you don't fulfill the listed requirements(this is especially important to IW builds).

It's not a bug. Quite simply, all professions can use any weapon yet are only effective wielding them if they meet the requirement. For example, any character that does not meet a sword's 10+ swordsmanship req. will deal less than the indicted damage. Also note, if a character has equal or greater than the req., the damage output will be exactly what is indicated (and not more).
