Evolving World?

Does the GuildWars realm evolve in PvE ? Do we occasionally see new quests popping out? Will there be massive plot twists happening in the future?

Or does the game remains the same once you finish the main quest?

It remains the same basically, what they will do is add on a chapter though every half a year to a year. When they do that it will basically add an entire new PVE content. Supposively as much as there is now. So it will evolve in a sense, the story will continue.

The last update added a few quests. The next update will add 2 new explorable areas and possibly (I'm just assuming) some new quests there as well. Check out the official Guild Wars website, they have a record updates, what they did, what they are planning to do.

All I have to say is ... Woohoo...
