Questions from a noob

First off, let me apologize if these questions have already been asked. I've only recently started playing and was thinking about a couple things:

1) When you put a rune into a piece of armor, is it possible to remove that rune at a later time if you get an upgrade? With an expert salvage kit, for example?

2) Once you get to level 20, do you still earn experience points that go towards skill redistribution points? IE, is it possible to tweak your build at level 20 and just kill mobs to pay for attribute point redistribution, or are you locked into your build once you hit 20?

1. You have a chance to get back the rune with an expert salvage kit, but it's not gauranteed.
2. Yes you can get redistribution points. There's also a few quests that you can do to change the 2nd prof

1) Yes you can expert salvage a rune back out of armor... the only thing is there is still a chance of not getting it. Personally I find that I fail salvaging a rune out of my armor 1 out of about 7 times.
2) There is a grand total of 200 Attribute points in the game. You still gain skill points once you reach lvl 20.

There is a possiblity that you will get the original rune back or you might get crafting items instead. Either way--you WILL lose your original armor item. If you want to keep the armor item--you arebetter off just upgrading this piece with the new rune--it will override your first one but you do get to keep your armor intact.

You will still earn redistribution points even after level 20--in fact I believe you still earn experience (meaning that your total accumalated experience does not stop after level 20)
