Not off the top of my head, But what i did with my Warrior/Monk for PvP in the betas was to have Knockdown skills and other damage dealing hammer skills and Belly Smash. The only monk skill I have is a rez, when the monks fall. Sorry for not having a set build to provide you with though Im still working on one.

Smiting is quite good. Judge's Insight is great, especially against anything in armor, and Strength of Honor is good too. Balthazar's spirit could be handy to get adrenal skills out more often.

Im a warrior/monk. I really only have the monk as secondary for ressurection. Alot of times you humans will die and Im like the last guy standing. Alot of us henchies carry rez sigs too.
