Changing Account

I need to change my account connected to a new serial number that originally belonged to a friend of mine that sold it to me.

Is it possible to do that?

By the way, the user that sold me his account can still connect to his account and changes things if he want's to. I can ask him to change his password to something else that he can give me back.

However, can he also change the email address associated to the account?

It's against the TOS and printed on the box that this item cannot be transfered from the original owner. There will be people who 'sell' their accounts, but what they're really doing is giving you permission to use it. It's still theirs by the figuring of Anet. So I doubt their going to support changing an email on an account. If you have your friend's password, you can change it yourself, thus keeping him from accessing his account. I might add though that this seems like a pretty easy way to damage a friendship over some silly game. I'd have gotten my own account.
