The Extra Att point QUESTION

Good old question here, about that 30 att point again.

I've done the job change quest + vanyi 's 15 att point.
The extra 15 is said to be in arid sea, i talked to that funny name snake cross the brick bridge already, tried many times, didn't work...so wired...

i think it's something to do with the forgotten quest or something, but i finished it already...(well, didn't remember, no more quest i can get anymore...tell me where's that from anyway)

i beat the whole game, but just this thing, didn't get...confused.~~~~~~~~~~~
