Hello,
2 questions from my hand:

1) how reliable is Oath Shot? how often will it backfire on you? will it be practicly 0 when you meet the requirement it states?

2) how do you best time interrupts? i see skills appearing when you target an enemy. is taht the best time, or before that, and iit is a more or less a guess...?

with 7 expertise... 100%, when u miss because of something is in the way... it would have no effect (not even the 10 sec)

without 7 expertise... 50% completely on ur luck...

2)
there are some spells that are just too fast to be interrupt... you will have to know if each spell is interruptable... There are no way you can interrupt an interrupt lol

Usually I interrupt when they use rezz... aside from that, I don't really bother... I would however, interrupt 2 sec cast as well... 1 sec cast are often too fast unless I see it comming. You will have to consider some lag too. If you going to interrupt something with 1 sec or less... you will need something auto, like shame... if u r human

if you got negative reaction time like those new type in gundam or something... yes, you should just equip lot of interrupt and you can seriously slaughter them.

but if I see in my screen that they are using a skill, i'm I to late to disrupt at that moment?

for the 1 sec spells... yes, usually too late... unless you have your finger on the interrupt key at all time just waiting for them... then you got a chance.. remember you have to count the lag too.
