NPC Death
ProgramDark
Ok, whats the deal with the collectors always dying? Is it programmed in or did the programmers forget to prevent them from dying?

This isn't really a question for this forum. Moving it.
And there is no "god mode" in this game. Everything can die. I think its one of their ways of not making any possible mistakes that those who like to "hack" games can take advantage of.

Anyway to the OP.
Yes I have noticed this also. There are some NPC's that will not be attacked, no matter what is going on around them. While others are history before you even get them on the screen!
I can understand plot based NPC's being legal targets for monsters but I am not sure why other plot ones are totally immune. Never mind collectors that have nothing to do with the plot at all!
I am also not fully understanding why you cannot res a dead npc! Yes I know it's a game and it's the mission rules etc etc. But is there a story based reason? Are only Chosen able to be ressed? If so, why can't you res chosen npc's ?
Anyone?

I'm having the same problem. This could not be the way it is meant to be played, because, as Tormunda said, they die before you even have a chance to help them. This is very frustrating when you just spent a half hour cutting through mobs to get to that location.
