Does anyone know if the Mesmer skill phantom pain can be obtained through a quest? I know I can buy it at Yaks Bend, but I don't want to pay a skillpoint for it when I can get it by doing a quest.

Unless Serentiy Temple (home to an elementalist, mesmer, and monk trainer) has Phantom Pain as a quest reward, I think it is a "buy only" skill.
