Spell description:
Quote:
Remove one Mesmer "Hex" from target foe, that foe takes 15-63 damage
I don't get it. Per definition a hex is a spell with a negative effect, right? Why would I want to remove that from a foe, even if I deal some damage in return?
Or does "remove" mean to remove it from his list of skill, so he can't use it any more?

9 seconds of Conjure Phantasm, then a last spike of damage before it dissapates.

Right. The idea is, the mesmer puts a hex on something, then right before that hex expires puts shatter delusions on, which removes the about-to-expire hex and causes damage. Sort of a direct damage spell but requires a pre-existing hex on the target.

Shatter is a great coup de grace to finish off an opponent. I wait until their health drops to the point where Shatter would likely finish them off before casting since it is usually at this point that the healing spells come out. Shatter often kills them just before they can heal back up again.

I'd rather use shatter enchantment ^.^

Cough... some spells just arent as smart to use as others...

Reminds me of this earth spell (iron mist) in which the target hardly moves at all, but becomes invincible to everything except lightning... so really, it would only be good if your guild is all set up on lightning dmg, on all weapons, and spells, cause they can still be healed...

And then, if someone has "winter", no matter what stradegy you have for using iron mist, it's useless... it actually makes the enemy Completely impossible to kill, lol... i find that to be retarded ^.^

This spell should be an enchantment, that lasts for a very low amount of time, sort of like a... last minute boost, and it shouldn't be earth either, it should be water, considering its "iron *mist*"

But meh, just a wierd thing ive noticed... most balancing in this game Rules! barely any skills are very useless... ive seen millions of countless combinations of skills/characters...
