Does blind effect spell casting?

I know it affects melee and shooting arrows but does it have an effect on spell casting.

Nope. You don't need to see to cast your spells. *Feel the Force around you* :P

But as a spell caster...the last condition you want would be dazed. Once a ranger or warrior hits you with that....you better start running away because you'd be totally useless.
