Life Barrier for party play (Combine with Blessed Signet) is awesome if you know you are going somewhere where there are few monsters who will strip/ shatter enchantments.
If you half the damage 4 people take that is huge- you will be very limited in terms of casting other spells, but if you stay far out of harm and cast an occasional healing seed, reversal of fortune or mend conditions then you'll be a very valuable party member.

I prefer Shield of Deflection over Shield of Regeneration simply because of the recharge timer; also, a target that is being focus fired in PvP will often have a Healing Breeze on them (as a throway to protect other enchants against any removal but Rend), so Shield of Regeneration can lead to overhealing.
