I want to play from work...

I want to be able to play from work, without my boss noticing.

Also, being able to play on my phone/PDA would be good.

In fact, if they could come up with some way to simply mainline GW directly into my bloodstream, that would be best.

To play from work is risky. Your boss can detect your history, may have programs to detect it, and possibly the computers don't work so well. Also, the computers are probably hooked up on a network, and playing GW in that network might slow it down (depending on how everything is set up).

There isn't a way to play without your boss catching you. He may suspect you are slacking off if you are not completing the work he is assigning you to do (or whatever you have to do), and if anyone sees you playing the game... you're screwed.

GW and your profession/job are two separate things. You can work while you were going to play GW, but you can't play GW while you were going to work. You can't mix the two together either.

Now, this is probably just a joke... but spam none the less.

Actually the PDA route sounds like agreat idea.

Imagine if you could log in just to the chat and your inventory so you could buy/sell using your pda on the move.

Bare in mind this is coming from the guy who made a post connecting Doctor who to GWs...

...this thread seems a bit daft because there is no way you could play GWs at work, because it would kill the bandwidth in the company/office.

They'd notice anyway. Not to mention you would be logging in on a different IP address and they might assume your hacking the account.

You misunderstand my point about PDAs/mobiles,

What I was suggesting was a program that could log into your account, go to your inventory and buy/sell maybe through the new 'search function' not use the full game.

Maybe a nice little earner for arenanet.

Why this wasn't dealt with over a year ago, I'll probably never know...

But then again, I don't really care.
