What about a /whereis command?

In a rather old game I use to play (even before Counter-Strike ), there was a /whereis <player> command.

Since it was a warfar game, it would respond with which arena the user was in, but here it could respond with which town/outpost and the district. Could come in handy.

Similar suggestions have been suggested.

I would like it so that if you are "mutual friends" with someone you can hover over there name and see there location. (Aka, if they friended you, and you friended them)

agreed with all of you. Mutual friends should be able to locate each other.

No, since their on your Ignore List, then technically your "offline" to them. Therefore it would show up with "That player is currently offline"
