This program is frigin awesome. I found it on the internet the other day and can't stop using it XD. It's a great way to plan out your character, spending att points, skill points, etc. The database includes every skill in existance and even modifies the effectiveness of every skill based on your attributes. It basically runs as a small window on the left or right, can't remember , side of the screen. Can't move it, but you can resize. The program HAS been endorsed by ArenaNet, not illegal in any form, check out http://www.spiritsofwar.com, the ArenaNet logo is placed there. This is the new build posted in their forums:

I like how he apparently believes that having the ArenaNet logo on the page absolutely, positively confirms that it is the real deal. Grammar and sentence structure would have been a plus for you, but since it is riddled with typos and errors, I will have to give you a /-rep for it. Also, expect many bad things to come towards your website in the near future. This includes ArenaNet killing it or my trustworthy band of forum trolls that will annihilate your forum board and bandwidth allocation.

yes, trust nothing. If you go the guildwars homepage the incredibly insufficient fansite package includes all the logos (and that's it...)
