Customization

Let's say I create a Campaign Character named Tekkaman Blade. I customize a weapon for him and throw it into my Storage. I then delete him and create a PvP char. Can he pick the weapon of the Tombs Storage and use it?

No, you can't do this.

This is just a guess, but I would venture to say, no. Remember that there is alot more in the code then just a name, most likely some long number with it that identifies every character. But, you never do know, try it and post back =)
