Shock Sniper needing some help

Hello, i've just finished my PvE adventure and now want to start dedicating myself to PvP. I love rangers and i choose the Shock Sniper Build to go with but i feel im not doing enough damage, i was hoping someone could help me out. These are my atribute values(already with runes) and skills that i use currently. ANy advice is highly apreciated

everything looks nice, you'll just need to find a bow string that give lightning damage

I'd also drop Troll Ungent for some other skill like Pin Down. If you are with a good team then self-heal is not that necessary. Snares would be waaaaay better.
