Help with quest "cities of ascalon"

Hi,

I try to fihish this quest. Can u tell me where can i find the "KIng's Watch" monument.

King's Watch is in Regent Valley -- southwest of Fort Ranik. It's a bit of a trek to get there from either Old Ascalon or the Fort.

Go out of ascalon straight ahead, over hill go off left and over the small bridge by devona (pre searing) or round the small ruins and up to left (post searing)straight on from there, portal for regent valley its in there. got a sign up for it. Might be 1st one but i think thats for fort ranik, but there is a sign post.

If you have the Red cloaked deserter quest you can do both at the same time, he is also at King's Watch.

And there's also Charr-quest, which can be done on the way there from Ranik.
