I think i accidently lost/dropped the Eldrich Sextant. Can i find another one or am i S.O.L?

You should be able to talk to Sir Tydus and get another one, just click on the quest thinger when you talk to him.

you could just press the abandon button and get it again too

how did you lose it though? its a quest item. you can't sell it. why would you drop it?
