Refund points

When you're at level 20 is it possible to use up all your refund points, but be able to renew them (i.e. to change your build)? Is that possible.. or is it when you hit level 20 you get no more refund points and if you screw up then your screwed? Does anyone get what I'm asking?

Or do refund points work like skill points? Where even though after level 20 you still get them?

I don't even know what a refund point is, lol, but I think it has to do with attributes.

Ah nevermind nevermind. I just read in another post that you will continuosly get refund points like skill points after you hit level 20.

You get 1 refund point each 250 experience you gain. Everyone here knows that you still get exp after level 20, so you get more skill points, and also refund points!
