When did they change Chilblains from disease to poison?

I finally unlocked the Chilblains necromancer skill last night but was disappointed to see that instead of causing disease, it only causes poison (which I was going to transfer to the enemy with Plague Touch). Since all the fansites still say "disease," I assume this is a recent nerf. Or is it a bug? If it's an actual change, can you please update your skill listing? Thanks!
