Mesmer Collector armor?

I'm level 17, exploring the jungle, but I still have my old level 30 defense armor for my Mesmer. I've found one collector outside Druid's overlook who offers a piece of the level 51 armor. I've searched the forums but have been unable to find a listing of the Mesmer Armor Collectors, does anybody know where I can find this information?
