Extra Attribute Points

I've heard that there is a quest or two that give you 15 extra attribute points as the reward! I don't know if its true or not, but could someone point me in the right direction? I'm lvl 20 so i cant earn anymore, and 15 more points would help alot.

You want to talk to Aninyia in Droknar's Forge (over by the storage gal). Get the Hero's Challenge quest and make sure that you talk to the ghosts. Do one of those quests That's your first 15 attribute points. You'll be given a secondary quest to find someone. That's Hero's Journey. That is your last 15 attribute points so that you have a total of 200 points.

(conveniently thats the only one of the 3 towns in crystal desert I CANT find lol oh well)
