Elementalist's Leggings [Collector] in the desert area?

I've been looking around, and I can't find it.. I found the collector that gives you the robes, but not the leggings. Can anyone help me? And what items do you need (and what drops them? XD) Thanks in advance! :3

The leggings are right by Foibles Fair you need 3 ice stones. Can you tell me where to get the robe.

I believe Su is talking about the collector in the Crystal Desert. You're talking about the collector in Pre-Searing Ascalon. Totally different concept.

If I'm right and you are talking about the Crystal Desert, check out this post -- it has all the Crystal Desert collectors.
