Where do i Ascend? (Im at Augury Rock)

I've reached Augory Rock, havn't started any of the quests there (since none are primary). Where do i go to ascend? Ty

travel to dunes or despair, thirsty river, elona reach. do all three quests and then talk ot the ghost at the teleport at augory, then step on the three stones at the end, then ascend.
